Training plan
After your initial consultation with Paula, she will design a personalised and unique training plan that’s just right for you! Whether you’re looking to lose weight, build strength or just improve overall fitness, she will tailor the plan to suit your goals and current fitness level.

Friendly support
Paula will be there for you every step of the way – not just as your trainer but also for motivation and encouragement. She will provide emotional, physical and mental support for you when you need it the most. She believes in your potential and wants you to reach your personal best so will always provide support and a plan to move forward!

Diet Plan
During your personal training journey, Paula will create a diet plan that works best for you, healthy food choices to obtain the best from your training and specific goals. Nutritional knowledge to keep you fit and healthy reaching your personal best for longer and aging us with strength on our life adventures going forward!

Progress reports
Each step of the way, Paula will be tracking your progress to keep you on track and celebrate every win with you! she will provide regular reports to show how far you have come in your health journey and will always adjust the plan if needed.
